The Primco Rewards Prepaid Card is not a credit card. It is a prepaid, stored value payment card. Once funds are deposited on your card, you can make purchases, in-store or online, for goods and services at millions of locations worldwide where Mastercard® is accepted (Please note that some internet merchants use fraud protection software that may decline a prepaid card for an online or phone purchase transaction).

Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately. 

Please call customer service at 1-855-342-6924 as soon as you are aware that something is amiss. Additionally, if you are able to access your account online, please do so at payaccount.io/login.  Once logged in, please take every opportunity to secure your account against losses. Steps may include temporaily locking your physical card to prevent purchases, and/or changing your account portal password.

For activation/registration information, please refer to the instructions below or on the front of the carrier that came with your card. Card registration/activation varies based on the program.

1. Enter your card number, 3-digit security code (CVC) found on the back of your card, and card expiry.
2. To check your card balance, history, and profile please register card at: payaccount.io/register
3. Sign the box on the back of the card
4. Record your number and expiry date in a safe place in case of theft

To receive your PIN, please call 1-855-342-6924. It is your responsibility to keep your PIN confidential and secure.

Your Reloadable Prepaid Mastercard Card can be used anywhere that Mastercard is accepted, including mail order, online and point of sale retail merchants, subject to the terms of the Agreement.

Yes. At the discretion of the Card sponsor, Cards can be cancelled prior to the expiry date. For card cancellations, please use 1-855-342-6924.

Yes. It expires on the date printed on the back of your card.

All fees related to your Card are provided to you in the Cardholder Agreement contained in the Card package. We encourage you to read the fees associated with the Card and to establish usage patterns that minimize fees associated with Card ownership. The Cardholder Agreement can also be found at www.mycardholdersupport.com and the fees can be checked online.

The Reloadable Prepaid Mastercard Card sponsor has the option to extend the program beyond the expiry date of the Card. If this is the case, you will be issued a new Card prior to the expiry date. The funds from the expired Card will be transferred to the new Card.

The updated Primco Rewards MasterCard has an EMV chip for both your and the retailer’s security. You may still need to sign at retailers who are not able to use EMV chip technology.

To make a split payment with your Primco Rewards Prepaid Card, you should let the merchant know in advance that you would like to split the payment and advise the merchant of the amount you would like applied against your card (Note: some merchants may not allow split payments). You should be aware of the balance available on the card in advance of making a payment.

For merchandise returns, you will need to deal directly with the merchant; each merchant has its own return policy. Keep the card and purchase receipts, even after the balance is depleted, as you may be asked to present them in order to process the return. When the merchant’s policy is to credit the card used for purchases (rather than provide cash or a store credit), the available balance on the card will be increased by the amount of the refund (typically within 3 days).

No, most Primco Rewards Prepaid Cards cannot be used to make recurring payments.

Primco processes all reward submissions in the first business week of the month.

Although Primco processes all rewards in the first business week of the month, we cannot make a promise as to when your funds will be available to you. There simply isn’t a set schedule, however, it is typically quick, and we are working on better notifications for participants such as yourself.

Although we call it a Reward Card, this reward program actually relies upon reloadable Mastercard cards administrated by a third party. Although there are many aspects of the program we would love to assist you with, being closely involved with your financial information and accounts cannot be one of those aspects. Similarly, our program administrator must respect information privacy legislation at every step and cannot discuss details of your account with us.

Please be patient, as this is a multi-stepped process. From the time a card is requested, it can take about several business weeks.

We know the process isn’t instant, and it hard to be patient when you’re excited about something. In the interim, please hold on to all of your sales that rewards promos apply to. We will honor them going back to your original date of application.

Recently we have changed the for such that it allow you to enter your personal details once, and add up to 20 reward requests at a time. This change was made to save you time, reduce repetitive data entry, and make it simpler for you to claim your rewards.
